Your mental health is of the utmost importance to your all-around well-being! In this first of her mental health classes, Meredith, who has a master's degree in counseling, provides students with important tools for thinking  constructively.  Students get to practice these skills throughout the lesson as they help different fictional characters face life challenges. The foldable craft project includes a take-home reminder of the day's lessons!
